- Large lots, ensuring low-density housing — to protect the forest and provide you with greater privacy
- Limited clearing of trees, in an effort to maintain the mature forest and natural landscape. Clearing is restricted to only that which is necessary to build homes, driveways, access roads and outbuildings. Cutting of trees with trunks larger than 4” in diameter also requires permission from the Homeowner Association Board.
